Most businesses do not lack information.

The useful signals are scattered. Across people, platforms, departments and the market around you.

Automation

Moves information and approved work.

Intelligence

Helps decide what that information means.

We start with the business question: what are you trying to understand, improve or decide?

Five systems. One connected approach.

Choose the capability.
Start with the need.

One module, one system or several connected capabilities. A company does not need to buy one giant platform.

Useful on their own.
Stronger when connected.

Accepted shared foundations should not need to be rebuilt or purchased twice.

A possible mix, not a guaranteed output. Source quality, scope and review determine what is useful.

Content Intelligence is an optional route within Customer & Growth. Customer Intelligence can stand alone when content is not the need.

Example questions

An onboarding question is recurring across support and reviews. Review the guidance before increasing acquisition.

Illustrative interface with synthetic examples. Not a production screenshot or a live assistant. Capabilities and access are agreed per client.

Start read-only where appropriate. Add approved actions, internal assistants or a public product assistant only within an agreed scope.

We are working with an engineering SME to build a commercial intelligence system around its products, market knowledge and existing sales relationships.

The wider design connects different ways of finding potential customers and opportunities: similar-company research, technical applications, competitor evidence, projects, relationships and supply chains.

The aim is to preserve the evidence behind each opportunity and help the team decide what deserves a conversation and what should happen next.

Developed and tested in stages. This is not a claim of completed production deployment or commercial results.

Evidence before assertion

Preserve the source behind a finding, and make important unknowns visible.

Human decisions stay human

Keep material commercial decisions with the people responsible for them.

Start read-only where sensible

Increase action authority only after the workflow has been tested and accepted.

Use existing tools when they are good enough

Improve a working process before introducing unnecessary software.

One problem before one platform

Start with the smallest worthwhile improvement. Connect more only when useful.

Reuse technology. Keep client information separate.

Shared core capability, separate client data, configuration and permissions.

A few useful answers.

All frequently asked questions
What does Phillips Commercial Intelligence actually build?

We design intelligence and automation systems around how a business works: finding opportunities, supporting sales, understanding customers and growth, improving management decisions, and making approved company knowledge easier to use. The scope can be one module or several connected systems.

Is PCI only for B2B businesses?

No. PCI may work with B2B, B2C, B2B2C and mixed-model businesses. The signals and customer journey should fit the business rather than assume every company sells through quotes or a traditional sales team.

Do I need all five systems?

No. They are connected options, not a compulsory platform bundle. One module may be enough, and a new system may not be justified at all.

Does the assessment automatically decide what we should buy?

No. Josh manually reviews the assessment before a personalised PDF is delivered. It can recommend an existing-tool improvement, no new system, one module, connected systems or further discussion. There is no automatic purchase decision or obligation to commission a build.

Do you guarantee leads, revenue or rankings?

No. Qualification means assessed against agreed criteria, not guaranteed buying intent, contact permission or a sale. Commercial outcomes and search rankings depend on factors a system cannot control.
